My husband was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia 5 years ago. Then I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and went through 6 months of chemo. Life was pretty difficult…hard to keep my joy. I thought about how I could bring happiness back and stumbled upon CDC. Scanning through the available pups, one little havapoo struck my heart. I was so unsure given my circumstances but CDC was so helpful and kind. The process was absolutely seamless. Im so glad I made the decision. Not only has Carlie brought joy back into my life, she’s brought a spark back to my husband I haven’t seen in years. Im happy to say Im cancer free and enjoying a new life with Carlie!
